What I do
I work with operators, project developers, investors and founders who want to build modern living concepts that work. Having built and run a coliving company from scratch, I know the journey from the inside: shaping the concept and brand, finding the right building, bringing it to market, and running it day to day. A great project is never just about square metres. It is about how people come together inside it.
When I started out, I would have valued a sparring partner I could reach quickly, someone to answer the questions that come up when you are building something new. That is exactly the role I take on today.
Why now
Traditional housing doesn't add up anymore. Economically, socially, or environmentally.
New types of housing are emerging and there is clear demand for them in the market. What is often missing is the know-how to market and operate them successfully. That is where I come in.
